Please read our terms carefully before proceeding.
This contract stays active until the project is finished or if either the client or company decides to end it, with 30 days’ written notice.
The project is considered complete when all agreed work (mentioned in the Statement of Work) is delivered and the client officially accepts it in writing.
If the project is stopped early, the client must pay for all the work done up to that point.
If the client asks for changes or new features that are not part of the original plan, these may cost extra. Any extra charges must be confirmed in writing first.
If a payment is delayed by more than 10 days, a late fee of 5% per month will be added to the amount due.
If hosting or maintenance is part of the service, it will be provided for 12 months after project completion. This includes basic updates and fixing any bugs. Renewal terms will be discussed later.
The company will handle any personal information responsibly and follow data protection laws, including GDPR.
The contract follows the laws of England and Wales. If any legal issues come up, they will be handled through arbitration by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), unless both sides agree on another method.
